Our member of the month for June is Mary Taverner.  She gave the club the opportunity to get involved with VONS in their lunch packing for the Special Olympics.  This is the 20th year Vons has been a sponsor the Special Olympics.  Not only did she make this service opportunity available to our club, but she also attended both days of packing arriving at the site at 5:45am each day.  Through her dedication to service, she helped pack 70 plus lunches for the participants of the Special Olympics.  Way to serve, Mary!

April 2006

Name: Brandon Nottingham

Our member of the month for April is Brandon Nottingham.  He has done an amazing job developing a fantastic t-shirt to go along with our fabulous, super-secret theme.  He did some serious marathon walking at Relay for Life, helped make hats at Kaleidoscope, and always is a happy helper before and after meetings.  As if this was not enough, he also agreed to be our club's webmaster, so we can continue to have a phenomenal website.  Without Brandon , our club would simply not sparkle the way it does!

March 2006

Name: D Pham

Our March member of the month is D Pham.  He is a new member, but has shown his commitment to the club this past month.  He attended DCON and virtually every project this month.  It was amazing the mound of quarters he brought to our Change Picasso event.   He showed his commitment to the club by stepping to be VP of Membership.  Thank You, D.  We appreciate it.

February 2006

Name: Michael Raymundo

Our MD&E chair Michael is our February member of the month, for seemingly attending every event this month and always being there to support the board.  He did a minimum of 22 hours of service just for our SSP week activities.   In addition, he also chaired our Officer Information Conference for potential e-board candidates.  Michael is a tireless asset to our club.   He has always been an amazing member, but this month he went above anything he has previously done.

January 2006

Bryan Hambridge is our January Member of the Month.  His help with the construction of the scrapbook has been unflagging.   Also, he currently holds the club record for the most scrapbook pages completed.  That's over 16 hours of scrapbooking!

December 2005

Name: Jessica Torres

Jessica is a new member who has been a wonderful addition to our club.  Even during the month December, she stayed active with the club by attending socials and helping out at service projects.  Additionally, she went to GO WEST and was constantly cheerful despite the drenching rain.  Jessica is always very enthusiastic and helpful; her spirit keeps everyone happy and having fun.
